With a Mild Mint flavor, this alcohol free mint mouthwash can be used up to 4x daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a dentist or physician. To use this hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, swish a capful of oral rinse solution around in your mouth over affected areas for at least 1 minute before spitting out.
